My neuropathy took 3 sessions before I felt relief after the visit and two visits for the other condition. The acupuncturist is phenomenal and the receptionist (Kathy) is a real sweetheart. Both are attentive and really care about how the treatment helps me. If things come up and and I need to reschedule, Kathy makes it very easy to change and works with other requests (i.e. extra heater in room). Their business has really picked up in the last 3 months and I definitely recommend calling sooner vs later, as the first appointment available may take two or three weeks (very popular place and well deserved).“
