The crew to install my awning were here at the time they said they would be. Everyone was polite and professional. Mark was perfect in explaining the ins and outs of working the awning and taking care of it. I truly appreciated the fact that they cleaned up everything after they were done and it was as if no one had been there. Apparently this whole crew worked together very well.

I couldn't be happier with the installation of my solar shade and replacment of the fabric on my existing awning. Mark and his son were meticulous and exacting. They even cleaned my awning frame before installing the new fabric. They were friendly, professional, and fast. I highly recommend Shock. Inc. Contractors for your next project!

Shock Inc installed a SunSetter Awning over my deck. They contacted me for an installation date, sent reminder texts, and showed up on time. They made sure they knew exactly where I wanted the awning, and assisted in moving things that needed to be out of their way. They explained options of where and how they put the brackets and made sure I approved. The guys worked well together and did a professional job in a reasonable amount of time. The Shock guys did a beautiful job and I highly recommend them.
