Mr Cox came out the same day I called. He was on time and let me know when he was on his way. I thought I had a leaking washer, but he discovered it was my actually my 25+ year old extra refrigerator that was leaking. We did what he suggested and it’s working perfect again and not leaking. His service call fee was very reasonable. I will be using Cox Appliance for all my appliance repairs in the future.

I recently had an issue with my dryer that just stopped working properly, and I’m so glad I called this guy. He was punctual, showed up right on time, and immediately diagnosed the problem without any upselling. He fixed it quickly and efficiently—turns out it was a straightforward repair, but he explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on.
Super professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. My dryer is running like new again, saving me from having to buy a replacement. Highly recommend!

Our dryer was broken for almost 2 months after buying it brand new- Cox came and fixed it within 30 minutes and $300 cheaper than what most places quoted us in area. 10000/10 recommend
