Positively THE best yoga classes ever! Katie is loving, helpful, kind, considerate, and SO knowledgeable!!!! Yoga sessions at Love Me Some Yoga with Katie will loosen your stiff muscles, help with back troubles, and clear your mind!!! Namaste!!
Yoga is new to my exercise regime. I'd like to think I'm a pretty in shape person. I'm ashamed to admit that my first class with Katie, I went with the attitude that this would be super easy and I'd get some nice stretching in. Half way through the class I remember being shocked that I was sweating and my muscles were twitching out of protest from holding the various poses. I loved the challenge both physically and mentally. Katie does a fantastic job at gauging the skill level of the class and making you want to push yourself just a little bit more to see what you can glean from her class. Katie's class at Love Me Some Yoga is the reason I got into yoga. I have been with her since the very beginning (2014). She tailors each class based off the individuals so don't feel intimidated one bit! Katie is a great teacher who cares about her students and wants them to thrive. I can definitely tell the difference in my flexibility since I have been going and it's something I look forward to each week. Definitely take the time to check out her class!
