Mrs. Melissa is a great customer service rep she got me what I needed with no problem and while doing so we also shared a couple of laughs in between....if you ever in a jam and need a title loan go to loan max and ask for Mrs. Melissa.

The customer service here is excellent. My grandfather needed financial assistance and they treated him with the upmost respect!!! Will definitely visit again just to chat with those ladies!!!
