Going by all the reviews, I seem to be the only one that wasn't satisfied with the service. For starters, my dogs hair looks like my blind grandmother with one arm cut her hair. There are gaps and long strands that were missed on her ears, not to mention they were cut so close to the ears I had to make sure her ears weren't cut. Then we move on to the belly, several missed spots. I had to get my cutting shears out and fix that. Last, her nails looked like someone tried to cut them with dull clippers. I must have caught them on a off day because going by the reviews and the service I got were two of the opposite.
Our first time here...it was a little crazy when we first went in the shop. They were very good with our rescue dog who needs a little more time with people especially new people. The dogs look great and smell good. I will definitely be going back. Thank you for taking care of our babies.
This was our first time leaving our puppy at a spa/boarding care facility. Lady, our puppy, warmed up to staff and being there with other dogs. The owner and her family were very familiar with dogs and their needs. My husband and I felt comfortable leaving our puppy after we made observations of the facility and talking with the owner. When we picked Lady up, she was happy and excited to see us. We were please with her care. The cost was also affordable.
