“I went to Martha Richards for the first time in Jan. I immediately felt at home and welcome. Her salon is homey and comfortable. And her knowledge of hair made me feel very comfortable. I tend to go a very long time without getting a hair cut, due to the fact the process can sometimes be stressful. “Great experience with my first time having crochet braids. I admit I wasn’t aware I had to bring my own hair, so I did have to run to the hair shop and buy some quickly. Next time I will be better prepared. My braider did a great job with the little she had to work with. My hair is thinning and I have a big bald spot from a head injury, but as you can see she covered it up well. I definitely will be back because ultimately I wanted something where I didn’t have to wear a wig every day and worry if it was slipping off and wanted a no glue application. I gave 4/5 stars because my braider was 30 minutes late and I was early to my appointment so I did sit and wait about an hour before we got to figuring out I needed hair. Overall would highly recommend to anyone looking for a braided style in SGF.“
