We had a big hardwood flooring job at our house. Many hundreds of square feet of new hardwood added to many hundreds of square feet of 25 year old hardwood. They laced the new into the old, then refinished it all. It all looks like it was installed at the same time. Can't tell where the old stops and the new starts. Very nice work. This was a big job for us that covered well over 1000 square feet.

I wanted our hardwood floors redone and found B&B through great reviews on google. Our floors are distressed so he didn't want to sand them all the way and loose the texture which I agreed so he tried a different method to fix the worn parts of the floor without sanding out the character. That didn't work well and the stain didn't match perfectly. I sent him pictures the next day. They looked great in the evening but you could see the issue with the daily sun. He immediately drove the two hours back to my house and apologized and said they would fix it and sand down the floors and restain and fix them at no extra charge to me.
