Kathy was so kind, compassionate, and professional in helping my sister when she lost her Pomeranian, Ginger, a few months ago. She made the process so easy for my sister, who was still grieving the loss of her husband. Kathy cremated my dog as well. And I would highly recommend her cremation service.

From the moment I first spoke to Kathy I knew I wanted to use her services. She has the most gentle and understanding personality, and was easy to communicate with. She walked me through the steps and pricing on our first call and was readily available to meet us at the vet.
On the day we arrived to the vet she was early and waiting for us. She got to give my Lulu a little head scratch and waited so patiently as we went inside and had a catheter inserted. Our Labrador Retriever Maisy passed away on a Sunday and my husband and I had no idea what to do with our sweet girl. Our veterinarian was not available and we didn't want to just call an animal hospital. We found Kathy online and we're so very happy we did. She was so incredibly kind and sensitive and took her time with us. Her service went above the cost and the foam paw print and our beautiful wooden box to hold our fur babies ashes we just love. Highly recommend her. Thank you so very much Kathy. Losing a pet after 14 years was hard and you made it easier knowing our girl was handled with care after she left us.
