I have been using Vision Xpress since I was in 5th grade and I am well into adulthood now. I have also started bringing my kids in which saves trips back and forth to Springfield. They’re always friendly, have great prices, and you can almost always get glasses same day which is so convenient! 10/10!
Everything you could hope for in an eye care professional. Brought my nine year old in for very first eye exam. She saw Dr. Piper, he was very kind, considerate, patient, and professional. The office staff was so charming and helpful. My child's glasses were ready for pickup in only one hour.
I had a FANTASTIC experience here last Friday! I took my 3 young kids to get vision exams for the first time ever, and they gave me an exam right on the spot alongside them when I asked if I could just get my insurance on the books for a future new patient visit. I wasn't expecting them to see me the same day!Tonya, who appeared to be the "head" of the office operations, was phenomenal at keeping things running smoothly with all the patients coming in and out.
