We lost our power on a Thursday night at 11 pm during a bad storm. The next morning, we saw that the power lines were ripped off the house leading to the meter box. We called 4 different Electrical Companies. SRS was the first to respond. they were at our house in less than a half hour. Shaun and Garrett assessed the damage and went to work immediately. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. They were well mannered and very polite. They explained the process. They had to make a trip to a parts store to buy new parts. They put in new wires in a new pipe with a topper on it and hooked it up to the meter. The price we paid for the job was half of what we expected to pay. The inspector from the utility company came and inspected their work and said we were ready to have the power lines on the pole hooked up and reconnected.
I called about an RV breaker box to be installed and he also was able to do a water spigot and sewer line for us. I would absolutely recommend Sean and his crew any day! They did an amazing job, got it done quickly, were super professional and left the yard in great shape they went above and beyond.
