So far it has taken about 9 months for 2020 taxes and they still don't have them done. When I call they come up with something they need. Sometimes the same thing they ask for and we gave the last time we called.

Called to inquire on their services. Spoke to Tom. He wasn't able to help, which is fine, but was, in my opinion, quite rude in the way he spoke to me. Ruined my first impression and I won't be taking my business to them.
