I was familiar with Ozark Tech Service before they were Ozark. I had something really wrong with my iMac some years back and they took the time to walk me through troubleshooting my computer, and were able to make a diagnosis and refer me to a local shop to take my machine to all the way out here in North Carolina for the appropriate hardware replacement.

I am so totally comfortable bringing my computer woes to Computer Repair. I understand very little of what Sheliah explains but have all the faith in the world she has fixed it and done it very economically. Thank you so much.

Was having issues with my computer randomly shutting off while trying to run certain games. Checked the BIOS, left it running for hours idle with no issue, I was stumped as to why it was only happening with certain programs. Sheliah helped me diagnose that it was my graphics card drawing too much power from the circuit I was plugged in to and the graphic's card or the power supply was shutting the computer down for safety reasons. Grabbed an extension card and plugged in my computer on a different circuit that I made sure had no load, no issues whatsoever. I greatly appreciated her help.
