I give Sheila 10 stars she was awesome. I had issues with Norton I just purchased 2 weeks ago with a Total membership that the Geek Squad was to help me with any problems.2 times they refused and would send me to a foreigner I couldn't understand. Sheila went above and beyond of what I asked for. And she is very reasonably priced. I will refer her to my friends. Thank you, Sheila.

I needed someone to get my photos and documents off of an old pc that had decided not to boot up anymore. I found Sheila at Ozark Tech Service by a quick Google search and called her to see if she could help me. She was very helpful and she very quickly had the things I needed off of my old computer and on to my external hard drive and then even got my old pc back up and running in a fresh clean, great working condition!
