last week I had a company come out to give us an estimate on repairing a sliding patio door that was leaking air between panels. they said we needed a new interlock and quoted a price of $300. today we had the Glass Guru come ou to give us a quote. after looking it over he decided that the interlock was not interlocking. It took less than a minute to adjust the lock and take care of the problem. He charged us nothing. big difference in customer service. we will be calling them again when needed.
So professional!!! Had several windows done at my house before going on the market. Then had glass tops done for my bedroom furniture! Love the look and how they protect our furniture.
Very helpful, came to them with an odd need for glass for a viewing table. They helped me sort thru the possibilities and got me the unusual glass I needed in a rather quick turn around. thank you
