Dr Borello is amazing! I have had extensive dental work my whole life due to tetracycline staining as a child. Dr Borello is the only dentist that has been able to properly administer Novocain without pain. She is sooo caring. I actually love going to the dentist now. She is honest and does beautiful work. Other dentists look for ways to add dental procedures but not her. Her practice is for the good of the patient. You can tell she truly loves her patients. And ALL of her staff are caring too! Thank you Dr Borello! Rieser Dental Wentzville is truly amazing!

There is absolutely no other dental family of expertise to consider for exceptional care and excellent customer service. My entire family has been with this family of dentists for over a decade and they take care of all of our dental needs, honor our needs, and always make sure we are given top-rated care. I referred many friends and other families to them as the dentists and dental staff are committed to excellence and are truly the gold standard at ensuring that each and every customer can put their best smile forward. Elaina the dental hygienist, the office staff, and Dr. Claire Borello were freaking phenomenal!!! So friendly, no shaming, and very caring. Caters to cowards as well. My daughter didn’t have good experiences with her previous dentist, so she was scared to go back but this office she loves! Highly recommend them!!!
