They were so friendly and helpful. My tire went flat due to the cold weather while I was in my appointment and they invited me to sit inside while I waited for help to get it fixed. I really appreciated their kindness!!
These people are truly amazing. Called today about a tooth that had been bothering me all weekend. They got me in with an appointment today turns out I needed a root canal. As a person who has sever anxiety and doesn’t do well with going to the dentist. They handled everything wonderfully and helped make me comfortable. Big Thanks to them for fitting me in as I was also a new patient! I’ll be returning for my cleanings cuz it was just so great!
I had a great experience today, and very happy to meet Michele. As always, a great day at Parkway.Meeting and working with Kim today was a big plus , she is very kind and made the "event" much easier to relax. "Doc" always does an amazing job and was done before I even thought he actually started. I've never had a bad day at Parkway, from the front door to the walk out everyone is helpful, polite and always with a pleasant word and a smile.
