Exactly what I needed. Rick used the perfect amount of pressure. Some people use their elbows, which I think hurts; or their forearms, which I don’t really like. I don’t believe Rick used the elbows, and he used the forearm sparingly, and in a way that worked well. I was surprised that one highlight was the calf massage. He also did a nice neck massage. He was professional and amiable.

Jessica did an amazing deep tissue massage job! She made me feel so comfortable and I enjoyed talking with her as well. Cameron and Gabby at the front desk were very helpful and made me feel comfortable as well!
