The initial service was impressive, but some areas of the installation and post experience fell short. My preferences were addressed upfront, but I later learned my concerns are to be expected based on my design choices.
As a layperson in landscaping, I relied on Landesign's expertise. Regrettably, the overall design has resulted in significantly higher maintenance for both the front and back yard beds, contradicting my intention to minimize upkeep. It's disappointing that the company did not understand the assignment.
