We lost our heat and hot water while we were on vacation, called The heat guru Monday night and by Tuesday afternoon had our heat back on and a brand new water heater. Very efficient and everyone was so nice from office staff to technicians.
Mike came out to replace the pressure relief valve on my water heater that was leaking. He didn’t try to upsale me to get a new furnace like other hvac companies were doing within 5 seconds of conversation. I appreciated that, my water heater is working again without any leaks, and I will definitely use this company again.
Great service quick and informative. Thankful Joe was able to come out and assist us in getting our AC going again in the late evening hours. We are expecting and Joe got our ac working again. Thank you!
