The installation tech called a 1/2 hour prior to my scheduled appointment to let me know that he was running late and would be arriving approximately in 1 hour. He arrived in about 45 minutes and got right to work and was done in about 2 1/2 hours. The next day the young lady from the office to inform me that Robert was going to stop by around noon to make sure everything was ok, he did notice some issues and had the tech come back 2 days later to correct the issues. The tech called when he was on his way and was here for about 1 hour and had everything corrected and checked everything before leaving. Our water was terrible. Orange tinged. Sulphur smelling. Iron taste. Oily film on top. We interviewed a half dozen water softner companies. All had fancy dog and pony shows. A couple tested. Robert arrives. No fancy brochure. The only person who can explain why our water is the way it is. Describes in plain english what we need to fix it. Has the lowest bid. Which we almost didn't take because it was so low we thought he didn't know what he was talking about. But we checked around. Everyone knows Robert. Huge companies use his systems. The best kept secret in Wentzville. The system is installed. Problem solved. No more water bottles from the store....read full review
I would like to start my review by saying I am happy with the product and service, but above all I am most happy with Grant!! Simply put he was amazing. He went above and beyond my expectations. He answered all my questions (and there were many) and he was so patient and kind in the process. I would recommend him to all my friends and family!
