HBB Tech was very helpful in initial diagnosis of computer issue. When on service call, there was an issue with the computer that prevented it from being fixed at that time. HBB Tech did not charge for the service call, but is being helpful in ordering the part to fix the issue and will install at regular rates when it comes in soon! Great customer care HBB Tech!
