I have to give a shout out to ActOn Dentistry . I had a dental procedure done yesterday with some minor complications, some of which occurred when I got home. Dr. Tinker called me yes afternoon( when I had been home for awhile) to check on me, called again this morning, and said he'd call tomorrow to check on me. This is going above and beyond in my opinion and shows that he and the staff truly care about their patients. I also had to call after hours and Dr. Slaven(whom I've never seen) called back within a half hour, told how to alleviate the issue and really put my mind at ease.
Dr. Tinker, the dental hygienists, and assistants are all welcoming and friendly. We have brought our daughter here since she was 3 with no complaints. The best thing about this dentist office is that they are honest and don't try to upsell teeth whitening or procedures that you don't need. My previous dentist office persuaded me to get my fillings replaced every 2 years but Dr. Tinker assured me they are fine and shouldn't need to be replaced. When asked about whitening products or mouth guards for grinding teeth, they offered suggestions for things I can purchase outside of their office without trying to get me to pay them for additional services.
