Talk about top notch customer service!! About a year ago we had to patch a small area on our roof that was damaged during a storm, fast forward a year and the same area had storm damage again. The shingles came off and our roof was exposed. We had some extra shingles from the last repair and called Archway. Eric came out the next day, said they could handle the repair and also noticed that our flue pipe needed to be resealed. He scheduled the repair a couple days later and is taking care of us. Hats off to Eric for standing by the work he and his team provide and for building repeat business. It would have been easy for him to brush us off as there are tons of houses needing new roofs in our area due to the recent storms but he didn’t, he stood by his work and delivered a fast solution. 5 Stars for Archway Storm Restoration and Eric
