Madison Pet Clinic is the vet you want in your corner. They’re efficient, affordable, and have taken the absolute best care of my tiny teacup chihuahua.
Everyone in the office is warm, friendly, and so good at what they do, but Dr. Frank is on another level. His attention to detail is unmatched, and he never pushes unnecessary treatments or upsells. He genuinely cares about what’s best for both the animal and the owner, which is rare and so appreciated.
This is the only place we trust with our little guy. They’ve earned every one of these stars.
The clinic was ready to accept our Luna, an 80lb, 15 year old dog, when she had a medical emergency earlier this week. The room was large and clean and the exam table she laid on was big enough to fit her. Dr. Bates and her team kept the consideration of our girls comfort and had her on a regimen and on her way home in just one hour. We know our old girl is leaving us soon but the team still wanted to find out, does she have more time? So far, she's had 4 more days and is acting mostly normal. So who knows? Very appreciate of this office. Our regular vet isn't available on Wednesdays so Madison was a great substitute.
We have been taking our pets here for about six years and have always had great experiences. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the vets know their stuff. Never a bad experience!
