My family and I were on our way home to Joplin and hit a deer near Waynesville, around 9 oclock at night, and I was not able to drive my car home. I called my insurance and they were having a hard time finding someone to tow us home. Ater 3 hours of sitting, I started calling towing companies myself. I started with TC towing and told them my situation and they told me to have my insurance call them. They were onseen within 30 minutes to load my car and got my family home safe around 3 in the morning. The dispatcher was super sweet and the driver was professional! This Company is hands down the best towing company we have ever worked with! Not only are they very responsive, but they are extremely professional, fast, and FRIENDLY! I lost the keys to my car and searched for 2 days. The local Chevy dealer said I would need to have my car towed to their shop to get new keys made ($350). My husband called T.C. Towing, and they answered right away. The driver got to my house as I was on my way to pick up my kids from school. As I was headed home and the T.C. Driver had already loaded up my car, my child found my car keys in her backpack. I called my husband and he called The T.C. Driver to let him know we had found my keys and no longer needed a tow. My husband offered to pay them for at least the hook up and trip to the house, but the gentlemen insisted it wasn’t a problem and he was just there to help. We will definitely be using T.C.
