Sutcliffe Heating, Cooling and Geothermal is extremely professional, thorough, and provides service with a smile. Customers highly recommend them for work on homes or businesses. They were able to get a service appointment very quickly and do a great job explaining the quirks of HVAC systems. One customer called late Monday afternoon with an AC problem, and by 8am Tuesday morning a technician was there to repair the unit. Prices are very reasonable and the service is great. Another customer had a great experience with repairs to their air conditioning unit, getting fitted in earlier than requested. The unit was under warranty, and parts came very quickly. They were great at communicating repairs and timeframes. Mr. Sutcliff is a professional in every way, trouble shoots and finds the problem, and is a straight shooter. Customers have already recommended them to others.
Tech had excellent communication skills. Showed up on time and was very professional. Had excellent customer service skills. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything. The tech also told us how to maintain our unit to keep future cost low. He's is also an Army Veteran and volunteer firefighter. The owner is also a firefighter. Always great to support a local businesses, who's owners and employees serve our country and local community.
