Sitting on hold for over 20 minutes still waiting to schedule an appt. This woman always says “I’m with a patient” every time you call and it’s impossible to make one or reschedule one. The doctors are amazing but this is ridiculous. Can’t they have someone actually take calls. We are patients too….

I had a great experience getting new contacts and eye glasses. The staff were all very helpful and kind. I had some complications with my insurance and the staff communicated great and took care of everything. I have been using Walmart eye care for a few years now and have always had a great experience. Thank you!

Walmart in Washington Missouri is the far best I have ever been to. The staff and doctor there are all wonderful, they take the time to show and explain everything they do. I will never look again for an eye doc.
