This location is a pretty good Ulta store. It really depends on who assists you as sometimes you get someone who seems bored, but for the most part the employees are helpful and nice. I don’t trust the testers on my face, but they’re generally in decent shape and I like being able to get a swatch with an applicator. Do check the label on the product itself because testers are occasionally put back in the wrong spot. Checkout is usually pretty easy and quick.
I didn't go here to buy anything so I can't say anything specifically about Ulta beauty store but I did add Old Navy return through happy returns. it was super easy, only took a couple minutes, the lady was really nice and they even gave me a $5 coupon for an Ulta beauty purchase!
Danielle did an amazing job on my haircut and listened to what I wanted! She was very careful to not cut too much off as I am a bride to be in 3 months and she was very attentive to detail! I will definitely be back and keeping Danielle as my stylist from here on out! Thank you Danielle!
