Have been going there for a long time and was always pleased until today and it was the worst experience I’ve had anywhere at any nail salon. I took my granddaughter and myself in for two pedicures and two fills on our nails. I was cut on my finger when I got home. I noticed all the dry blood on it before I left the parking lot one of my toes had The polish half gone, so I went back and told her don’t take my shoes off just fix that toe she took my shoes off and she fixed seven toes. My granddaughter is missing half of her polish on one of her toes. Just wanna give a shout out for Lana she's the best!!! Went yesterday and always let her be the boss ? I always walk out loving my nails. PS this time she did pink leopard print ?
Been going there for years not a complainer but this was not good service today. Paid for a mani and all they did was file and buff, no clear polish or anything. Got a pedicure and my feet already look like they did before I went in. Very disappointed.
