Came for yoga and it was a nice atmosphere. I liked that I was able to walk in and pay and didn’t have to join a membership or pay ahead of time. Nice open space with great instruction!

A post was on Facebook about an intro to trapeze yoga and I sent my daughter a link and she agreed to go with. The studio is calm and inviting and the instructor was very sweet and patient. I have done regular yoga for years so as far as flexibility I had no issues but the added dimension the trapeze sling adds is challenging especially if you have balance issues. Hanging upside-down wasn't an issue but the swaying involved triggered my vertigo and I was queasy afterwards but happy with the positions that I had been able to get into. Although this particular practice isn't for me it did give me deep stretching in areas you don't get with typical floor yoga.... read full review

Even at the age of 81, I love to be part of the Present Moment Yoga class on Friday morning. I have started to participate in yoga classes when Melissa first opened a studio. She has been consistently an excellent teacher. In all those years she got me to stretch and strengthen every muscle in my body to my ability with her many variations of moves. She provides a long enough warm-up time that I never experience any muscle aches. I can only recommend any of her classes!
