RCE Commercial Roofing did an excellent job putting new roof on The Barn at Lucerne. This property is over 100 years old and considered a landmark in Ballwin, MO. It has combination of gabled and flat roofs along with circular silo roofs. Edward Krause and his team had to overcome many challenges including raising portion of roof 10-12” in order to install required commercial insulation. Project was well over $1M and Edward worked with insurance company to cover a significant portion of cost.
