Warrensburg Express Care

I’ve visited this urgent care twice in the past year, and after my most recent experience I won’t be returning. My first visit was underwhelming, and the second visit was the final straw.
I scheduled an appointment time—great feature. I arrived ten minutes early, completed paperwork, and was taken back right on time. Then I sat in the exam room for 30 minutes. I understand that urgent care can run behind, but if you allow patients to schedule specific times, you should at least make an effort to stay close to them.

Went in because I hurt both of my ankles pretty bad. I had waited in the waiting room for 2 hours, and when I was brought back, I waited another 20-30 minutes to be seen. I waited so long that other patients in the waiting room were angry for me, too. The nurse came in and asked questions regarding what kind of medication I was taking, in which I told her wellbutrin. She didnt seem to care because I was prescribed medications that you shouldn't mix with wellbutrin as it could cause the seizure threshold to be lowered more than it already was. I have been to this express care twice and received such good care each time. There was no appointment times available left online but my daughter and I went as soon as they opened. The front desk ladies were so kind and helpful with the paperwork. The nurse was very patient with my daughter in getting her vitals and the Nurse Practitioner we saw (Dawn Diamond) made my toddler feel comfortable to where she was cooperating with anything Dawn asked.
