An elderly relative of mine had a piece of siding blow off during a storm. At the recommendation of someone else, I contacted this company to ask them to re-attach the piece of siding for me. I was communicating with them and I had worked out a price to do the job. I was also told a day they could complete it. I asked them to contact my relative to let them know when they would show up to put the piece of siding back on and they never contacted me or my relative back. We found someone else willing to do the job.

I had a problem with my air conditioner leaking water. Got a recommendation from a good friend for Shep's Construction and gave them a call. Repairman showed up very quickly, accurately determined the issue, communicated what needed to be done, provided complete service with an eye toward possible future issues, completed the work in a timely fashion, and the price was reasonable. I recommend this company for HVAC and believe the attention to detail shown today would also be evident for construction needs. It's all cool now!
