Baker Floor InStore
“We contacted Baker Floor about replacing the carpet on the stairway in one of our rental properties after a tenant with a pet moved out. We needed the job completed as quickly as possible so we could get the unit ready to re-rent.
From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Rachel scheduled an appointment right away with Jeremiah and Isaac, who came out promptly to take measurements. I then stopped by the showroom, where Rachel helped me choose an in-stock carpet that fit our needs perfectly.
Just a few hours later, Rachel called with our estimate and was able to schedule installation for the very next day. The entire process was fast, efficient, and stress-free.
Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. Their communication was excellent, and they made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. I highly recommend Baker Floor and will definitely use them again for future flooring needs.”
