Friday the 23rd, 9pm during that terrible cold, my furnace quit. I called Air design at about 10pm. Left a voicemail. Because of the cold, I called several other places, all voicemails. Early Saturday, Air Design called back, and said they could be at our house in 20 minutes. About 45 minutes later, my house had heat again. I didn’t hear from the other places until Monday. I highly recommend Air Design.
Very responsive and fair in their pricing. My heat stopped running and they were to my house within an hour with the heat back on and running properly. It wasn’t a complicated repair but time means a lot when it’s freezing outside and I appreciated them coming out so quickly. Great service!
