whoever answers the text messages. needs education on customer service. as avid riders in equine sports and actually professionally ride. we wanted to see branson on horse back without hauling our horses here. looking for something to do. we texted the number. my 3 year old can ride her own horse with minimum issues. the person answering insulting us for asking the policy on riding. and continued to text me after I stated have a good night.. they should have just stopped texting. now I'm seeing photos after writing review. please see about getting updated saddle fittings and saddle pads that actually work for the horse. cheap doesn't mean better

Very nice trail ride. Good horses and great people. Jasmine was our guide - very sweet and informative. We all had a great time. Highly recommend.

We had a great time riding the trail. We did the one hour at 11:30. The horses did great on the up and down terrain. They were great with the kids. The only thing I would add is people want photos. What would do this place well is as you are entering the gate to end the tour offer people to take some photos of them on the horse. I could only get rear view photos and video.
