David was incredibly helpful, fair, and flexible—he worked around the timing of my other home maintenance projects without missing a beat. His professionalism and communication made a potentially stressful project feel easy and well-managed. David also guided me through the insurance claim process for our roof, which was a huge help and saved me a lot of time and confusion. We contacted UTZ after some storm damage to our roof. Louis contacted us quick and came out to inspect. He was very detailed with what was going to be done and kept in contact (which we were extremely thankful for). We decided to go on with the contract and honestly could not be happier. Extremely professional, explained things to us so we could understand, Louis answered all our questions. The crew came out and got the job done. Cleaned up after and even blew the leafs off the back patio! Lol. Our home seriously looks like a new home. Even the neighbors noticed how beautiful it is. We will recommend UTZ every single time. Louis Nickel inspected our roof and met with the insurance adjuster. He was very knowledgeable and approachable. The crew did a great job cleaning up. Louis was on-site multiple times to ensure the process was going as expected. My husband and I would definitely recommend Utz Roofing
