David and his team are amazing from the very beginning. Great communication before the job, during the job and after job. They did find an unseen issue after tearing off the old shingles. Where some companies would use that opportunity to jack up the price, David did not. He discussed with me first then added on the cost of a new skylight and they kept moving on. To put it simply integrity of this company is is top notch.
We had outstanding experience with the UTZ team for our roof replacement from start to finish. Our project coordinator, Louis was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and was also extremely helpful to us in navigating the insurance claim process. He stayed in contact, keeping us updated until the project was complete. The roofing crew were professional as well as efficient. They completed the removal and installation, along with meticulous clean up in one day. Highly recommend UTZ!
