She explained the chlorine damage to her hair, suggested a 40 minute conditioner, then shampoo, blow dry, flat iron and THEN the trim...WOW!! we were so very pleased, then...while we were waiting she did MY hair... Heather is one of the most knowledgeable hairstylists I've ever been too!! I've been looking so long for someone good since mine retired...(went to Ulta...uggg). Found my "new hair home". Thanks so much Heather!!!“
