I ordered some flowers for my mom for my parents' wedding anniversary. My dad died several years ago and had a tradition of buying mom yellow roses for their anniversary, so I have kept up the tradition for my mom, because it meant a lot to her. The florist at Appleseeds, from a pretty basic happy anniversary message to my mom via ProFlowers, figured out that dad had died and took it upon herself to add an extra long stem yellow rose in its own wrap to commemorate my dad and for mom to place on his grave.
