I ordered some flowers for my mom for my parents' wedding anniversary. My dad died several years ago and had a tradition of buying mom yellow roses for their anniversary, so I have kept up the tradition for my mom, because it meant a lot to her. The florist at Appleseeds, from a pretty basic happy anniversary message to my mom via ProFlowers, figured out that dad had died and took it upon herself to add an extra long stem yellow rose in its own wrap to commemorate my dad and for mom to place on his grave. What a wonderful, thoughtful person this had to be. It's these kind of people that make me really miss Unionville and Putnam county. Many thanks to whomever this person was; my mom was almost too choked up to tell me about it on the phone and she is headed to the cemetery today to put the flower on dad's grave. Y'all should be proud of how this person represents your shop and you have at least one customer (and I am sure with thoughtful service like this, there are a LOT more) who will never buy flowers from any other store in the area.
