Outstanding Care and Compassion
The K9 Company took incredible care of our two dogs while we were on vacation. One of our pups experienced a brief seizure—likely from the stress and excitement of boarding—and the team immediately jumped into action. They ensured she was safe, administered her medication, contacted our vet, and kept me updated every step of the way.
Their calm, professional response helped keep me calm, too. Most importantly, they provided a safe, soothing environment so our dog could relax and recover for the remainder of our trip. We can’t thank The K9 Company enough for the incredible care they give our three dogs, when staying. Leaving them is never easy, but from the moment we drop them off, we feel completely at ease. The staff clearly loves what they do—they treat our dogs like family, not just boarders.
We love seeing the picture updates on Facebook and can see how happy and relaxed our pups are; Kendall, Kya & Louka always have such a good time! The “shuttle” service to pick up and drop off our dogs is fantastic as well. It gives us such peace of mind knowing our girls are safe, loved, and in the best hands.
