Straight talker. Got my case settled quickly. First phone call took all of 10 minutes, and he actually answered the phone himself. I was surprised he answered the phone himself and not a secretary. He didn’t take my name and give me a call back, instead he actually took time to talk to me, he didn’t rush me off the phone or seem irritated by talking to me, and he was down to earth and didn’t try to use words a simple person like myself could not understand.
