We've used Lakebrink for several years to service our old heat pump and add freon when needed to help it limp through another summer. This summer, it finally died and we needed a completely new system. They came through with a reasonable estimate, helped with everything, got us scheduled as soon as possible, and installed much faster than expected. To say we were thrilled would be an understatement. Our new system kept the whole house cool through the brutal summer months and as a cherry on top, they sent a lovely thank you package with a custom tumbler and homemade cookies (including the recipe).
