Zack serviced my HVAC air conditioner and showed up at the time specified. He ran the test on the exterior compressor. He then determined the problem after running the all regular test on the internal fan control. I was informed as to his various results as he progressed. The unit was low on refrigerant and had a problem with the defective fan control.capacitor. The unit is repaired and working well

Our experience with Lakebrink Heating and Air Conditioning has been outstanding. The condenser on our geothermal heat pump went out. This was the 2nd condenser for that unit, so we decided it was time for something else. We called Lakebrink.
Trent came to visit us, took stock of our home, the number of vents we have, etc. and recommended going to a 2 ton rather than 3 ton unit. When it came time for the actual installation, Austin and his crew spent the entire day removing the old unit and putting in our great new Water Furnace geothermal.
