I was in need of a handy man service for an attic ladder installation and luckily Crosby came across my social media around that time. My wife and I, as well as my parents had used them for roofing in the past and we were very happy with the job they did for us. I am completely satisfied with the Job. Communication was easy and clear during the process with very little wait for reply. I even made a mistake and got the wrong attic ladder to be installed and Crosby waited for us to get the right ladder and installed the same day as scheduled. I highly recommend Crosby and my only complaint is I can't give more than 5 Stars on this review.
I would highly recommend Brian Kain and Crosby Home Improvement for any home improvement project. Brian has done a few different projects for me and my family. He is always fair and reasonable. It is important to Brian that you are satisfied with the work, or he will do what he can to remedy the situation. I will continue to recommend to friends and family. Excellent communication, I really liked the detailed bid and invoice, no guessing what it included and good price. Job was cleaned up well, recommend Crosby Home Improvements if you need a new roof.
