Dr. Travis was very through and explained everything so that I understand. I did not have to wait to get the services I needed. I do not know the name of the lady that did my testing before I saw Dr. Travis but she was very kind and explained all the test. After I was done with all the test Brianna (Blake) was very helpful selecting glasses and explained the options and insurance. I'm very pleased with the treatment from all staff members and the experience was wonderful! I would and will recommend anyone needing an eye doctor to visit this location.
This was my first time actually going to the optometrist with the expectation of getting glasses. Over 40 now. The staff and Dr were very helpful and explained everything very well. Over all a pleasant experience that I was dreading. ?
