Had my first massage today. It was excellent. I especially like that Dr Dawn Cahill has extensive medical knowledge.
I have been struggling with thyroid issues for a few years now and nothing, not even my prescription was helping me with my energy levels and all the fun stuff that comes with. Was recommended to come to Family Wholistic Wellness a several weeks back and finally went...wow, was I taken back! So many nutrients my body lacked and all the toxins that I wasn't releasing was just dragging me down!! Tomorrow will be 2 weeks that I have been on my supplements recommended to me and I feel absolutely amazing, I can't thank Dr. Dawn enough and can't wait until our next visit to see how I've progressed! Let's just say that I haven't had the motive to jog/workout in over 1.5 years...and as of this week I have jogged twice and it felt amazing! Thank you so much I feel like my body and spirit is on the right path :)!
