Was hoping to get a bullet shell into a pendant but when leaving the pendant in the stores hand letting the jeweler see what would be best. The safest option was to get the shell made into a keychain. I am so glad I went with that option, and getting it engraved was the cherry on top. My great grandpa was my best friend and now that I will have this with me forever I am so grateful that I came to Randy's jewelry in Troy. They were honest and straight forward what would be best and helping pick out the engraving lettering was amazing with all the choices. I am absolutely in love and definitely recommend going to them.
We took my fathers watch in to have links removed, and even though the watch wasn’t originally purchased from them and it was a very minimal charge to remove the links, they were very courteous and professional.
The quality of their jewelery is unmatched. I bought an ankle bracelet from Randy's and I wore it for 5 years and NEVER took it off. It broke while on vacation and they replaced it for free! Sonja pulled all their inventory books and went through them until they found the exact bracelet. They also clean your jewelry for free!
