Five stars to this company for their great customer service and prompt resolution to my furnace failure. Tommy, the service tech, figured out the issue, found and obtained a replacement part, and installed it in record time! Every interaction with Tommy and the office staff was both friendly and professional. First Choice will indeed be my first choice for heating, A/C, and plumbing going forward.

The office staff was friendly and helpful. The technician that came out was knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on with my furnace. He gave me tips on how to keep my furnace running longer.Service: Installation

Bret was dispatched through our home warranty service for a leaking water heater. He was able to confirm the problem and and worked with me for my best options for replacement. Brett was also the tech that replaced the water heater and did a fantastic job Thank you.
